8-year-old Mauled to death by pit bull

Until the justice system and law makers are brought to account for their failure to act when a dog kills or maims a human being, and until we see criminal charges brought against negligent owners we will not see maulings stop. Pressure needs to be put on the justice system from all sectors of society.
